Intake Screening
Schedule an intake screening to determine appropriate services and a personalized plan.
Service Description
Our licensed therapist conducts an intake screening (via Zoom) with all potential clients to help determine how best to serve each individual and ensure safety. Premise to Promise is not "one size fits all," and we strive to personalize your experience! An intake screening is required prior to booking a retreat or private individual mushroom ceremony.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due prior to your scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A $50 fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice; however, we will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule in lieu of cancellation.
Individual Therapy
Service Description
Embark on the journey to mental and emotional well-being with individual therapy sessions. Our therapist offers Cognative-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, and other therapeutic approaches. Integration therapy sessions are also available for those looking for support after a psychedelic retreat or session.

Private Mushroom Ceremony
Service Description
We host private individual mushroom ceremonies to serve you on your healing journey. This service includes:
- Prep instructions and support
- Private ceremony with our licensed therapist in a safe and private setting
- Fruit and light vegetarian meal post-ceremony
- Transportation from ceremony location to your home or accommodations post-ceremony
Cancellation Policy
A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date, with the balance due one week prior to your scheduled ceremony. Cancellations with less than one week's notice will forfeit the deposit.
Retreats
We offer individual and small group retreats (up to four people) in order to ensure an intimate and personalized experience for each of our guests. This allows guests to focus on themselves and their own healing journey in a private, supportive environment with ample opportunity for individual attention.
Our retreats and ceremonies are facilitated by an experienced guide who is a licensed therapist skilled in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Our host is a practiced space holder and trained integration coach.
