Erin Padula,
Licensed Therapist
Erin is a dedicated therapist and experienced psychedelic guide with a passion for helping individuals navigate their inner worlds and achieve personal growth and healing. She is certified/trained in EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Erin is also a trained Curandera.
With extensive training in psilocybin-assisted therapy, Erin provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their consciousness, address deep-rooted issues, and unlock new perspectives on life. Her approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for plant medicine and the transformative power of psychedelic experiences. She believes in the potential of psychedelics to facilitate profound healing and spiritual growth when used mindfully and responsibly.
Erin’s exploration of plant medicine began in 2018 with curiosity about psilocybin-assisted therapy. She sought out research, studies, literature, and personal stories. In 2019, Erin learned more through experience, participating in a psilocybin retreat in the Netherlands, where her personal connection with the medicine was born. She continued to seek out knowledge and additional training, including therapeutic techniques specific to the psychedelic experience and integration. In early 2024, while living in Mexico, Erin had the opportunity to join a retreat in Huautla de Jiménez, Oaxaca, Mexico, where she was honored to consult with and sit in ceremony with indigenous Mazatec healers.
After more than 20 years of practicing therapy, Erin founded Premise to Promise in 2023 to focus on working collaboratively with clients, through a combination of therapeutic techniques and integration support, to harness the therapeutic benefits of psilocybin and facilitate lasting positive change.
Whether you are seeking relief from mental health challenges, exploring personal growth and self-discovery, or embarking on a journey of spiritual exploration, Premise to Promise is here to support you every step of the way. Together, you can embark on a transformative journey towards healing, self-discovery, and personal empowerment.
Diane Dolan
Integration Coach, End of Life Doula
Diane is the welcoming face of our retreats, expertly managing all logistical and hospitality aspects. Her responsibilities encompass everything from booking and onboarding to preparing instructions, arranging transportation at the retreat location, crafting daily schedules and activities, planning menus, overseeing food preparation, organizing accommodations, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. During retreats with multiple attendees, Diane is actively involved, providing support during ceremonies.
As a certified End of Life Doula through the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA), Diane offers compassionate, specialized assistance for guests confronting terminal diagnoses or dealing with the loss of a loved one. She is trained in integration coaching and facilitates monthly group integration circles through Zoom for guests after their retreats. Additionally, Diane provides private integration coaching sessions for a fee, serving as an alternative to traditional therapy when suitable. She also offers personalized guided meditation and imagery services.
Diane's journey has not been without its challenges; she battled chronic anxiety, recurring depression, and PTSD/unresolved trauma for many years. Although various therapies and medications offered some respite, she continued to experience inner turmoil daily. Intrigued by Erin's experience with mushrooms, Diane explored research and literature on the history of mushrooms as medicine and psychedelic-assisted therapy. In 2021, she experienced her first mushroom session, which yielded immediate, profound, and enduring relief, allowing her to truly begin living rather than merely existing. Over the next couple of years, she participated in additional sessions and attended two annual ayahuasca retreats in Mexico, which enabled her to flourish. At the close of 2023, Diane left her career in local government and politics to transition to a role dedicated to serving others. She joined Erin at Premise to Promise with a commitment to helping others maximize their mushroom experiences for healing and transformation.
